This is an appeal under the provisions of the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act, §§ 9-276.19 ? 9-276.33, W.S. 1957 (1969 Cum.Supp.), from an order of the district court affirming the dismissal by the Board of Trustees of School District No. 7, Sheridan County, of a high school teacher, Raymond Charles Jergeson. The facts are briefly these. On March 11, 1969, the appellant who had been employed as a teacher in the Sheridan high school during the school year, 1968-1969, signed a contract for the coming year tendered to him by the school board.
